The White Extension was designed by Urban Architecture that located in Dublin, Ireland, is a house spreading for a artist and his family. When Urban Architecture first met the homeowners of this house they were house hunting for a new home. However, finished sketch designs it apace became manifest that the transformation of this diminutive digit bedroom flushed brick terraced house to a family bag organisation would be possible. The spreading of the bag organisation that titled White Extension, consists of digit white boxes across the width of the rear of the property. The modify box, containing open plan experience space opens full to the rear using a bi-folding glazed screen with roof reddened art reddened into the deep plan.
The second incase movement above contains a officer bedroom, the large window with vertical screening to ensure privacy. The bag garden has been treated as an spreading of the experience area. Salvaged radiators, floor boards and door furniture were sourced for the existing parts of the house, while the detailing of the spreading is for a clean modern look, understandably showing the distinction between older and new. Built in furniture is used in every room to tap storage. The success of the send lies in the opening up of the rear of the house and the ingest of every conception of the space to its full potential to create a reddened filled family home.
